First time using Javier Flowers & Garden Inc. Don't live in CA so was just picking a florist online. I have to say they exceeded my expectations. There was a problem with delivery, a gate needed to be opened and the recipient wasn't answering the phone. Santiago called me and was so incredibly kind and patient while I tried to reach the recipient. He waited a bit and sure enough another resident drove up and he was able to gain entrance to the complex. He called to tell me that the flowers were delivered successfully. Thank you Santiago! I was told the flowers were gorgeous and I'm very please. :)
